GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS

• LECTURES

40 min (35 + 5 min Questions)

• FLASH PRESENTATIONS

The UPCON 2018 School program includes a session for the pre-selected flash talks. The flash presentation will consist of a brief oral presentation (3 minutes) summarizing the presenters’ work, expertise and credentials.  The presenters should prepare 2-3 supporting slides to display during the allocated 3 minutes.

• KEYNOTES, INVITED AND ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Keynotes talks: 45 min (40 + 5 min Questions)

Invited communications:  30 min (25 + 5 min Questions)

Oral communications: 20 min (17 + 3 min Questions)

• FLASH PRESENTATIONS

The UPCON 2018 program includes a session for the pre-selected flash talks. The flash presentation will be succinct (5 minutes) summarizing the presenters' work and its key outcomes.

• POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Poster format: 90 (width) x 120 cm (length).
